Double Sticks Volume 2 focuses on the coordination development as well as agility and beginning fighting tactics and training methods all through partner training drills. Start with symmetrical drills moving into asymmetrical without and with footwork and then into the flow.  Approx. 1.5 Hours of Double Stick training in this progressive curriculum.
