My Martial Flex program consists of 4 subcategories, Primal Movements, Mobility, Strength and Martial Arts. This is a collection of my personal workouts and training routines from my eclectic martial arts and fitness background and not just FMA but also training from my other martial arts such as JKD, Silat and traditional martial arts.
